Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Holiday Homes Operation Manager at The Vellorra Homes. The Holiday Homes Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of holiday homes, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring property standards are met, and managing bookings and reservations.The manager will also develop and implement operational policies and procedures, oversee budgeting and financial reporting, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote the properties.
Qualifications- Operations Management, Property Management, and Hospitality Management skills
- Experience with Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Proficiency in using Property Management Software and Reservation Systems
- Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Analytical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the holiday rental or real estate industry is a plus
