Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting candidates:

• This involves posting job details, utilizing various platforms like online job boards and social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.

Screening applications:

• Reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Conducting interviews:

• Organizing and participating in interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Follow the Recruitment process:

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from application to onboarding, including communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.

Collaborating with hiring managers:

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Maintaining recruitment records:

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

Ensuring compliance:

• Adhering to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications:
