Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will drive the recruitment of top talent for roles critical to our mission. You will partner with internal teams to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates. This role demands autonomy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while representing The Company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, refine job requisitions, create targeted job postings, and align on hiring strategies and interview feedback.
• Source skilled talent using innovative strategies, including LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating onsite interviews, candidate tours, offer negotiations, and background checks.
• Identify recruitment challenges in hiring and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes.
• Train hiring managers and team members on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, facility tours, or virtual webinars.
• Build relationships with diverse talent networks, trade unions, and industry associations to enhance candidate pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on mass hiring and BPO .
• Proven track record as an in-house or agency recruiter in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
