Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Dubai with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Cashier Customer Service position at TRIX TOWN TRADING L.L.C. The Cashier Customer Service personnel will be responsible for handling transactions, managing cash registers, assisting customers with purchases, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.Additionally, this role includes balancing cash drawers, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications- Cash handling and transaction management experience
- Customer service skills, including conflict resolution and effective communication
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
