Senior Procurement Engineer (Subcontract Packages)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of procurement experience within a UAE-based main contracting environment
• Proven experience in subcontractor procurement, including detailed scope and contract understanding
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate and compare complex packages
• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency
• Capable of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with clarity and precision
• Professional communication and documentation skills

• Prepare and issue RFQ packages for subcontract works across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
• Assess technical and commercial submissions in coordination with Engineering and Contracts teams
• Manage clarifications, coordinate revisions, and ensure alignment with project specifications
• Support subcontract negotiation, finalization, and documentation processes
• Monitor procurement schedules and package progress in line with overall project timelines
• Maintain structured records, reports, and communication logs for audit and internal tracking
• Engage with market suppliers to ensure capability, compliance, and competitive pricing
