About the role:
As the bridge between Sobha and our channel partners, youll be the face of Sobha responsible for building trust, driving sales, and ensuring seamless partner servicing and elevating performance across our broker network all while keeping a sharp eye on market trends and emerging business prospects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Servicing: Deliver white-glove support, resolve challenges swiftly, and ensure a seamless experience for our broker partners
- Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, productive partnerships with top-performing agents and firms
- Trainings & Enablement: Lead compelling trainings, workshops, and product briefings that empower brokers to sell with confidence
- New Business Development: Identify, attract, and onboard high-potential partners and emerging markets
- Market Intelligence: Track competitive trends, generate actionable insights, and provide timely updates to partners and internal teams
- Product Representation: Be the face of Sobhas real estate portfolio articulate, informed, and always on-brand
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with sales leadership to scale channel performance and unlock new revenue streams
- A natural communicator and public speaker confident, clear, and compelling strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Proven experience in business development or partner sales
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset resourceful, agile, and proactive
- A no-clock mentality willing to work across time zones and timelines
- Always solution-oriented, relentlessly positive, and impeccably polished
