We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in street signage to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective signage designs that enhance urban environments and ensure clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative street signage concepts that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and city planners to understand design objectives and client needs.
- Create detailed design layouts, prototypes, and production-ready artwork using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all signage complies with safety, regulatory, and accessibility standards applicable in the UAE.
- Oversee the production process and coordinate with vendors and fabricators for timely delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s output.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in signage design and apply best
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on street signage or environmental graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and spatial awareness relevant to outdoor signage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and cultural considerations in the UAE is highly desirable.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving orientation.
