The role

We are looking to hire a senior graphic designer to join the expanding residential team with Savills Middle East. Savills is a globally recognised real estate brand and offers the opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for a professional individual with an interest in benefiting from the support and experience the brand can offer.

The key role of the graphic designer will be to work with the creative team to produce impactful designs in line with the company standards and design guidelines. The role will require a strong background in design theory, hands-on skills in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, and a sharp eye for detail.

You will assist in the implementation of tactical marketing and advertising initiatives to support the secondary, projects, and off plan team within the Savills Dubai Residential team.

Key responsibilities

Project marketing

In conjunction with your team members, you will assist in the development and implementation of innovative, comprehensive, and relevant designs for Savills Middle East and all client projects.

This includes:

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
• Produce final design solutions
• Take on special design tasks
• Pitch creative and impactful ideas
• Collaborate with internal teams to create unique, client driven design
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Skills, knowledge and experience

• Artwork and print preparation

• A keen eye for detail
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently
• Computer fluency in iOS

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Familiarity with design techniques
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, and fonts)

• 6-10 years of experience in graphic design
• BSc/BA in design or a related field
