Clinic Operations Manager clinic in Polyclinic

Job Description

In this role, you will ensure that our clinic operates smoothly while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and supply chain management
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
• Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
• Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
• Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners, including vendors and insurance companies

• Bachelor&aposs degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
• Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a Dubai-based healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, EMR systems, and billing processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving operational excellence
