Employment: Full Time
The Marketing Director will be the custodian of brand equity in the region-responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class marketing strategy across all MEA markets. You will lead brand-building initiatives, drive category growth, and ensure consistent, premium brand experiences across channels, both online and offline.

- Brand Management: Safeguard Lindt's premium positioning, ensuring all touchpoints deliver consistent brand excellence.
- Innovation & Portfolio: Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio strategy, tailoring initiatives to local market needs.
- Integrated Campaigns: Oversee impactful 360° campaigns, from trade marketing and retail activations to digital and e-commerce strategies.
- Market Insights: Use consumer, shopper, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, retail, supply chain, and distributor teams to deliver flawless execution.
