Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global brand direction, market priorities, and business growth targets.Brand Management: Safeguard Lindt's premium positioning, ensuring all touchpoints deliver consistent brand excellence.Innovation & Portfolio: Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio strategy, tailoring initiatives to local market needs.Integrated Campaigns: Oversee impactful 360° campaigns, from trade marketing and retail activations to digital and e-commerce strategies.Market Insights: Use consumer, shopper, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments.Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, retail, supply chain, and distributor teams to deliver flawless execution.

Profile
