Products conformity Officer

Participate in planning and coordinating audit visits, including scheduling site visits, arranging appointments with factories and relevant entities, and ensuring the availability of required documentation and information.
- Assist in conducting field audits of factories to verify compliance with conformity assessment requirements, including reviewing operational procedures, production processes, and quality management systems.
- Review documentation and records submitted by factories to ensure compliance with required standards, including previous certifications, test results, and technical product data.
- Participate in collecting and analyzing product samples to assess compliance with applicable specifications and conformity standards.
- Review audit findings and technical observations related to compliance and non-conformities, and document recommendations for corrective actions.
- Contribute to preparing detailed audit reports outlining compliance assessments and improvement recommendations, and coordinate submission to the accreditation authority.
- Follow up with factories and institutions on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure resolution of non-conformities and readiness for certification issuance or renewal.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
