Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team. He/she will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on social media platforms to help promote a brand, product, or service.

This role typically involves a mix of creative, analytical, and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, design, and schedule content (e.g., images, videos, blog posts, etc.) tailored to different platforms.
  • Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand voice and goals.
  • Curate relevant content from other sources to keep the audience engaged.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social bakers, etc.) to track performance metrics (engagement rates, traffic, conversions, etc.).
  • Provide reports on campaign effectiveness and social media performance to management.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as sales, content, and product development, to ensure alignment between social media campaigns and overall business objectives.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Apply new strategies or tools to improve social media engagement and performance.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing, typically 13 years.
  • A good understanding of how different social media platforms work and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (optional but a plus).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and community engagement.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences across platforms.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm new ideas, campaigns, and content to engage the audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to keep campaigns on track.
