Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced assistant manager - housing to oversee daily operations and manage housing services and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for creating safe and supportive living environments.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in housing, property management, or facilities administration. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in housing or property management.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with associates and vendors.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and oversee financial operations.
  • High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and emergencies calmly and effectively.
