Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and quality systems in the manufacturing plant.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of HVAC products and components.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, audit records, and test results.
- Lead internal quality audits and support external/customer audits.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate supplier corrective actions when required.
- Train and guide QA/QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within the HVAC, air conditioning.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC manufacturing processes, quality tools, and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Experience in handling audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC components such as AHU, FCU, ducts, chillers, or related systems.
- Experience with testing instruments and quality measurement tools.
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge will be an added advantage
