Head of FP&A / Head of Financial Planning & Analysis
Abu Dhabi
- Strategic Insight: Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Financial Modeling: Expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Business Partnering: Align financial strategy closely with business objectives.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
- Communication & Leadership: Effective influencer at the executive level.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
- MBA (Finance) advantageous
- CFA strongly preferred
- Minimum 10-12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
- Significant experience in senior FP&A positions at complex group structures or sovereign-backed entities
- Demonstrated experience in implementing performance monitoring frameworks (BSC, OKRs, KPIs)
- Proven leadership of FP&A teams, ideally within growth environment
