We're hiring an Operations Manager to take full ownership of four functions: finance administration, HR and compliance, systems and process governance, and office management. You'll report directly to the CEO no department heads, no layers, no committees between you and decisions that matter.And you won't inherit a team. You'll hire your own.

This role is for you if:
○ You've run end-to-end hiring yourself not supported it, owned it from writing the JD through to onboarding
○ You've managed invoicing cycles, payroll coordination, and expense reconciliation with your own hands, not through a shared services team
○ You have direct UAE experience with visas, PRO coordination, DMCC/free zone compliance, and labour law this is non-negotiable
○ You've built SOPs and filing systems from scratch, not just followed ones someone else created
○ You move between Xero, Asana, SharePoint, Notion, and Teams (or equivalents) without friction context-switching is your normal, not your stress
○ You own your function without waiting for permission, direction, or a committee

Candidates with automation and AI experience will stand out. We're a company that actively uses AI in how we work not as a buzzword, but as a daily tool. If you've used Power Automate, Zapier, or similar to eliminate manual processes, or if you use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to draft documents, extract data, or work faster and smarter that's a serious advantage.We're not looking for a developer. We're looking for someone who thinks why am I doing this manually and then does something about it.

Qualifications- Operational Management and Project Coordination skills to ensure efficient project execution
- Strong Budgeting, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation abilities
- Proficiency in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills for optimising operational processes
- Familiarity with learning solutions, training programs, or education technology is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in a hybrid or regional role with a global customer base is a plus
