Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at [Company Name], a leading provider of media monitoring and intelligence solutions. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value clients, and driving revenue growth.The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients across various industries who can benefit from media monitoring and intelligence services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Market Insight & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to support innovation and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, PR, or information services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
