Construction Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the building of all types in the residential sector especially Luxury Villas for the business. The construction manager must have a deep understanding of all facets of the building process, from the initial planning and foundational work through to project completion

Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs Degree or equivalent experience in construction or civil engineering

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

10+years experience In construction with luxury villas

Must be in the UAE with UAE experience minimum 5 years

Must have experience working on Emaar projects in the UAE.
