MEP Inspector

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for the onsite supervision and inspection of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure they are executed in full compliance with the contract documents, project specifications, approved shop drawings, and local authority standards (e.g., DEWA, Dubai Municipality). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience working for a consultancy on building projects in the UAE.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years serving as an MEP Inspector for a consulting engineering firm in the UAE.

Demonstrable experience on large-scale building projects such as high-rise residential/commercial towers, large villa communities, or shopping malls.

Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using basic computer software (MS Office) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Aconex) is an advantage.
