Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions
Locations: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers with a strict background in cybersecurity.This role is not open to freshers.We are only considering candidates who have proven, hands-on experience in cybersecurity sales/business development.
Location-specific requirement:- Dubai-based candidates must have prior Dubai market experience
- Abu Dhabi-based candidates must have prior Abu Dhabi market experience

Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving growth in our cybersecurity business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across the UAE and GCC. This is a strategic and hands-on role involving full ownership of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities- End-to-end sales cycle management (lead generation to deal closure)
- Acquiring new mid market clients for cybersecurity solutions
- Building relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO, etc.)
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams (technical, presales, finance)
- Monitoring market trends and positioning solutions accordingly

Requirements- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity / IT solutions sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
