Job Scope

To own and drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and profitability across Amiri Gate's full portfolio, ensuring scalable growth while maintaining premium brand positioning and JV compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Ownership & Revenue Growth
  • Own end-to-end revenue performance across Airport Services, Railway Services, VIP Terminals, DMC, Concierge, Luxury Mobility, and Events & Catering.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that balance premium pricing with scalable revenue models.
  • Translate strategic objectives into annual and quarterly commercial plans aligned with the JV roadmap.
Contracting & Deal Structuring
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Structure MSAs, SLAs, reseller and revenue-sharing agreements aligned with risk, margin, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all commercial agreements comply with JV governance and approval frameworks.
Pricing, Margin & Profitability Management
  • Define pricing frameworks, commission models, and margin targets across all services.
  • Monitor unit economics and contribution margins by product, channel, and customer segment.
  • Drive continuous margin optimization without compromising service quality.
Marketplace & Distribution Development
  • Build and manage a multi-channel distribution ecosystem (direct B2B, B2B2C, banks, OTAs, concierge platforms, government entities).
  • Support the development of Amiri Gate's digital marketplace and API-driven distribution models.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the commercial bridge between sales, operations, finance, legal, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure seamless handover from signed commercial agreements to operational execution.
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Track pipeline health, revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and commercial KPIs.
  • Prepare performance updates, insights, and recommendations for senior management and the JV Board.
Scalability & Strategic Growth
  • Support expansion into new services, geographies, and verticals in line with the long-term roadmap.
  • Contribute to business cases, investment assessments, and strategic planning initiatives.
