Business Development Manager (EPC Projects)

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EPC sector through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, to understand their needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new projects.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development in the EPC industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing and delivering large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong network and relationships with key players in the EPC sector in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
