Pastry Chef

We are a newly opened café in Al Awir 1, Dubai, preparing for our soft opening in the coming weeks and are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality, visually appealing, and trending café desserts that attract customers and enhance the café experience. You will be responsible for developing dessert recipes, maintaining quality standards, managing daily pastry production, and ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, puddings, cookies, brownies, and specialty desserts.
• Create and present trending café-style desserts and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory and minimize food waste.
• Assist in menu development and introduce new dessert concepts.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
