Position: Cake / Pastry Chef
We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake / Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop and maintain product quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredient preparation and stock usage efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cake / Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and dessert preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Employment Details:
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
