The Main Event: What you&aposll do
We&aposre looking for a Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across digital channels, the press, and real-world events. Youll be a key member of the brand marketing team, working closely with our real estate business unit to drive visibility, engagement, and trust.
Youll lead and support initiatives that connect Huspy with our customers and the industryacross social media, PR, on-ground activations, and partnerships.- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and live events.
- Own and grow Huspys social media presencemanage content calendars, craft engaging posts, track performance, and engage with followers.
- Organize and manage on-ground activations and events, from meetups to large-scale industry partnerships and conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage and raise brand awareness.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing performance using analytics toolssharing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g. startup / tech).
- Proven expertise in social media management, public relations, and event planning.
- A natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, design, and leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g. Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Canva), PR platforms, and analytics dashboards (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a dynamic, high-ownership environment.
- A genuine passion for real estate, proptech, and building iconic brands.
