Your Impact:
As a Senior Account Manager based in Dubai, you will be the strategic engine behind the success of our Mid-Market and SMB partners across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the KSA market. You will act as a consultative and strategic partner for a range of accounts, balancing a nurturing relationship-first approach with a high-performance sales mindset to drive expansion and long-term retention.
By bridging the gap between technical API understanding and commercial growth, you will play a pivotal role in redefining order management and fueling Deliverect’s continued triumph in the region.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Dubai office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB accounts across the region, serving as their primary strategic partner and advocate.
- Drive regional revenue growth by identifying and executing expansion opportunities, including upselling add-on products and optimizing customer commercial structures to increase MRR.
- Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) and on-site client visits to deeply understand evolving business needs and foster long-term loyalty.
- Minimize churn by proactively addressing customer concerns, implementing retention strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making, creating and analyzing reports via Looker, Planhat, and other BI tools to identify growth levers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Onboarding, Support, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance regarding API integrations to help customers maximize the technical potential of the platform.
- Accurately forecast revenue and market trends within your assigned territory to contribute to the global Growth team’s objectives.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Manager or Senior Account Manager roles within the SaaS industry, preferably within the F&B, POS, or aggregator landscape.
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English are essential for managing regional stakeholders and KSA-based customers.
- Proven track record of balancing relationship management with commercial sales skills.
- Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of APIs and how they facilitate commerce integrations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems. It’s a plus if you have used tools such as HubSpot, Planhat, Looker, and JIRA.
- Exceptional resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and react quickly to industry changes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
