Reports to: Event Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager Assistant to support our growing events team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, particularly in the Web3 space.

You will work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and international partners to help bring our events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Event Manager in executing events across different regions.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to collect and consolidate event-related needs and requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue representatives for construction, and logistics planning.
  • Support on-site execution including setup, tear-down, and real-time coordination.
  • Manage inventory tracking, stock management, and logistics for event materials and merchandise.
  • Be flexible to travel for events (international) and work during weekends or holidays when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting or managing events (Web3/blockchain-related events are a strong plus).
  • Experience in exhibition booth construction and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail!!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Web3 industry and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or inventory management tools.
  • Multilingual capabilities
