Job Description

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Wealth & Asset Management, playing a pivotal role in implementing business strategies and fostering operational excellence. They will spearhead various projects that aim to onboard platforms and products, streamline processes, and initiate cross-functional efforts to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic business plans for the wealth & asset management division
• Coordinate with product, technology, and marketing teams to bring on new platforms and launch new investment products with digital features, liaise with compliance and risk teams to ensure all activities meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for external partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards (SCA, CB UAE etc)
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for key initiatives (e.g., products & platform onboarding and enhancements, new client onboarding)
• Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management and board meetings.
• Support relationship managers and advisors in the futures with analytics, portfolio insights, and client proposals.
• Monitor business performance (KPIs, client growth, revenue targets) and prepare regular management reports.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in wealth management, asset management, or digital banking (preferably in the GCC/UAE region), in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA/CFA is a plus).
• International Certificate in Wealth and Investment management (Level3)
• Strong understanding of wealth and asset management products, services, and digital platforms.
• Working knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance frameworks.
• Project management skills (PMP, Agile/Scrum certification is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Experience with analytical tools highly desirable.
