Assistant Manager, Servicing (Emirati Talent)
Job Description
To plan, execute and authorize end to end transactions for Home Finance Operations department, to help keep business running smoothly, provide insights to further increase productivity, ensure all tasks are performed efficiently within agreed time frame and error free processing, in order to meet the Organizational objectives.
Daily authorization of various transactions in Servicing, Repayments unit (Freehold & Non-freehold)
Current account analysis activity in accordance of the defined scope related to mortgage contracts
Repayments GLs review and other monthly analytical activities in accordance with defined objectives
Lead Special Projects from Repayments side
Various adhoc / periodical critical reports / MIS as required by Department Management
Evaluation and implementation of various system enhancements on as required basis
Team building to improve efficiency and professional skills
Supervising takaful related activities
Review of customer statements
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager
Education
Minimum Graduate from a recognized University
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 - 6 years in Banking / Financial Operations
