Collaborate within the DevOps team and with end-users to understand data requirements based on business and project needs
Design and implement data pipelines to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring effective data flow and integration
Monitor and optimize data storage and retrieval processes to maintain data integrity and performance
Perform data analysis and reporting to assist in operational decision-making and performance optimization
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python, Java, and/or Scala
Experience with on-premises server environments and/or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Experience with API development (RESTful APIs) and integration with data services
Experience in supporting back-end development and providing data solutions for the creation and enhancement of desktop and/or web applications
Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop and Spark
Proficient in version control systems, such as Git
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
