Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in logistics and inventory management, with hands-on knowledge of customs regulations and documentation procedures in JAFZA.

• Manage and coordinate import and export logistics within JAFZA
• Liaise with local transporters and oversee daily logistics operations including loading/unloading
• Ensure full compliance with JAFZA and Dubai Customs documentation, rules, and reconciliation processes
• Operate logistics and inventory software with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and customs authorities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in JAFZA in a logistics executive or assistant role
• Proficient in Jebel Ali customs and logistics procedures
• Background in accounts or inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• UAE Driving License
