Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives. Oversees employee relations, employee welfare, employee engagement and communication. Manages key aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee experience, benefits management, total rewards, and offboarding formalities.

Administers employee benefits programs and ensures compliance with labour laws. Drives engagement initiatives, supports leadership in succession planning and overall HR developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Oversee employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage workforce planning to anticipate and meet current and future talent needs.
  • Lead offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper exit formalities.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Support leadership with succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Oversee HR systems operations, ensuring smooth functioning and timely resolution of queries.
  • Handle employee grievances and queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and practices line with company policy.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships related to employee insurance, workmen compensation, and life insurance policies, ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships related to business travel, ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the CPD team to audit, onboard, or offboard strategic vendors, ensuring compliance with employee welfare standards.
  • Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive and facilitate organizational change initiatives that impact employees.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records and HR data management systems.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, focusing on recordkeeping, employment contracts, and electronic documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain structured processes for changes to employee information, including approval workflows, role-based permissions, and review protocols.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards to ensure the competitiveness of rewards programs.
  • Lead salary surveys, market pricing, and job evaluations to align pay structures with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to develop executive compensation strategies, including short- and long-term incentives.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations on rewards and retention strategies.
Tools & Methods, HSEQ
  • Abide by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enovas HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.
Customer Relations
  • Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required. A Master&aposs in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR, a degree in Psychology, or an HR professional certification is an advantage
Minimum Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in market salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry), total rewards and benchmarking, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and HR analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management and external vendors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation trends, executive pay frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including functions and modelling.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed HR decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HR management software systems to streamline HR operations
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, driving initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
  • Skilled at designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws with preferred familiarity of labour laws across Middle Eastern countries
  • Experienced in conducting HR audits and preparing detailed, accurate reports for senior management
