Senior Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site-based civil infrastructure works including water pipelines, sewage networks, stormwater systems, and reservoirs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of civil activities.
• Review engineering designs, shop drawings, and method statements for technical compliance.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications and HSE standards.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other relevant authority regulations (ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, etc.).
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues proactively.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and inspection reports.
• Support in quantity estimation, material approval, and contractor billing verification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with a focus on infrastructure projects (not building construction).
• Strong background in underground utility works such as pipelines, reservoirs, sewage systems, and chamber works.
