We are seeking a qualified QA/QC engineer (civil), particularly in luxury villa fit-out works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality compliance across all civil and interior fit-out construction activities. This role requires hands-on inspection, documentation, and coordination with design and construction teams.
Key responsibilities- Conduct inspections for all civil and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure proper coordination and alignment between IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and ID (Interior Design) details during inspections.
- Review and implement QA/QC procedures to maintain project quality objectives.
- Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and QA/QC reports.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant QA/QC experience, with a strong focus on luxury villa fit-out works.
- Thorough understanding of civil construction and high-end interior fit-out processes.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection techniques, and relevant codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and ID drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC-related software.
