Manager - Predictive Modeling, Campaign Analytics & Segmentation

Description

Consulting with the business units to understand key business challenges and opportunities, set key analytic direction, strategies and tactical plans. Work with marketing, products and technical teams to ensure analytic results are accurate and consistent, common metrics are established and maintained and full alignment of understanding is achieved across all parties.

Use advanced analytics and modelling techniques to create models to achieve business objectives.

Modeling
  • Behavioural Analysis of Customer towards Channel usage, Spends
  • Standardise Campaigns based of important parameters, such that time to market is minimum and conversions are better.
Segmentation
  • Liaise with Business groups to implementing the segment proposition
Predictive Analytics
  • Acquisition, Anti Attrition and Behavioural campaigns build based on predictive modelling
Campaign Analytics
  • Post Analysis of the Campaigns and suggest methods to improve
Key Drivers
  • Modeling Score Accuracy
  • Drive Predictive Models for Efficient Acquisition and Retention
  • Drive Behavior Models for efficient campaigns.
  • Provide reports that let business keep track of key drivers and help to align to overall retail bank strategy.
  • Value added analysis as and when required by Business
Education
  • MBA with a proven quantitative orientation and/or a master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce or Finance. Candidates with statistical background would be preferred.
Technical
  • Hands on technology components include business analysis, data analysis, data mining components such as Neural Networks, Clustering, Decision Trees and Apriori and basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience
  • 7 or more years of experience in data mining including experience in an analytical environment with a financial institution/ bank in a retail business/ product role. Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques extensively applied across industries (Banking, Financial, Credit Cards, Airlines and Telecom etc.)
Skills
  • Strong analytic capabilities, business consulting /presentation skills and knowledge of database marketing.
  • Understanding / exposure to products and services offered by the banking industry preferable.
  • Knowledge of Statistics and statistical and data mining packages such as SPSS Modeller is a definite plus.
  • Logical data interpretation ability.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skill.
