Job Purpose:We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Manager with a strong sales mindset and technical understanding of lubricant additives/finished lubricants. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by managing key accounts, developing new clients, and providing technical-commercial support in the UAE and select export markets.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (B2B) across the UAE.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide solutions, and close sales.
- Support international sales efforts with occasional travel for export customers.
- Collaborate with technical and procurement teams to offer product recommendations (training provided if needed).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
- Support, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities to the international sales team.
- Experience in purchasing or selling lubricant additives.
- Technical background (chemistry, engineering) with sales acumen.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC markets.
- Proven sales-driven personality.
- Willingness to travel locally (UAE) and occasionally internationally.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- STLE or ICML certification or equivalent.
