Our client, a prominent real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an accomplished Head of Design to lead the design management and delivery of their luxury portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a strategic design professional with extensive experience managing end-to-end design processes for high-value, high-profile projects.

• Lead the design management and delivery of luxury real estate projects, ensuring the highest international standards of quality and innovation.
• Oversee all design stages from concept through execution, safeguarding brand vision and project integrity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver iconic and world-class developments.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Uphold design excellence across mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and master-planned developments.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in design management and delivery, with strong exposure to luxury real estate, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of luxury design standards, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication (Arabic and English), presentation, and negotiation skills.
