About the Role

Department: Oil and Gas Development Company

1. Conduct comprehensive geological studies and establish integrated 3D geological models using professional geological modeling software.
2. Perform stratigraphic correlation, well logging interpretation, seismic attribute extraction, reservoir characterization, and integrated reservoir geological analysis.
3. Carry out reserve estimation and reserve parameter evaluation, including hydrocarbon-bearing area confirmation, effective thickness analysis, reserve calculation, and comprehensive reserve assessment.
4. Independently conduct integrated geological evaluation studies for oil and gas reservoirs, including: Fine stratigraphic correlation and layer subdivision,Reservoir evaluation and characterization, Structural and trap evaluation, Favorable trap screening and hydrocarbon accumulation analysis, Reservoir type research and well location evaluation
5. Complete detailed reservoir description studies and establish 3D geological and natural fracture models.
6. Support technical requirement investigations and analysis for oil and gas field development projects.
7. Assist in upstream oil & gas market research, block evaluation, and technical due diligence activities.
8. Prepare technical reports, project summaries, presentations, and development recommendations for management and project teams.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Geology, Petroleum Geology, Reservoir Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in oilfield geological research and reservoir evaluation.
3. Strong capability to independently perform integrated geological studies for oil and gas reservoir development projects.
4. Solid experience in, Stratigraphic correlation and reservoir subdivision, Logging interpretation and petrophysical analysis, Reservoir evaluation and reserve calculation, Structural interpretation and trap analysis, Geological modeling and fracture modeling
5. Proficient in industry-standard geological software such as Petrel and other related geological interpretation/modeling software.
6. Capable of independently preparing technical reports and delivering professional presentations.
7. Good English communication skills; English should be able to serve as the working language for overseas projects.
8. Previous international or Middle East oil & gas project experience is preferred.

3. Experience supporting asset evaluation, field development planning, or new venture project
