Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Freight) to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of prospects, leads, and client interactions.
- Represent the company networking opportunities within the UAE.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and freight management systems (TMS, ERP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional remote work options.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings with clients or suppliers.
