About the Role

Our Client, a Saudi Arabias leading premium equestrian and multi-sport destination, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth, secure strategic partnerships, and expand revenue streams across sponsorships, memberships, and events. This position is on-site in Jeddah, KSA, and requires strong English fluency, and possibly Arabic speaking.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure sponsorships, corporate events, and venue rentals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across Jeddah, Riyadh, and the GCC.
  • Lead negotiations from first contact to signed contracts.
  • Represent Trio Sporting at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through CRM with accurate and timely updates.
  • Produce weekly KPI reports (leads, meetings, conversions).
  • Conduct on-site tours for prospects and VIP clients.
  • Upsell memberships, clinics, livery, and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to align sales with campaigns and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B and B2C sales (hospitality, leisure, or sports preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Availability to travel within the GCC.
