We're looking for a client account manager to:

  • Manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
  • Be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • Perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
  • Mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns

Your team

You will be working in the Client Service Team based in the Advisory Office Dubai, a multicultural and dynamic team. The CST Dubai supports client advisors across three main markets: Arabian Gulf, Saudi Arabia and NRI/NRP. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families mainly for NRI/NRP market.

Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise
  • Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications
  • Effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • Interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • Confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
