Purchasing Officer (With Valid Driving License)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and delivery
• Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders
• Follow up /update supplier orders
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Conduct regular site or supplier visits as needed
• Carry out Market Surveys
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Experience with procurement software systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license

• Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
