Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces, from idea to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design and refine solutions based on user research and product goals.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
• Balance business objectives with user needs, advocating for design-driven decisions.

• Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions with overall product strategy and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to understand user needs.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design systems, guides, and UI kits, design systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Work experience in the crypto industry would be considered an advantage.

• Strong understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Attention to detail with a solid grasp of design fundamentals.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions.
• Proficiency in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with English proficiency at an intermediate or higher level.
