Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze financial performance to support strategic business decisions.Manage and optimize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or travel-specific solutions) for accounting, reporting, and financial workflows.
Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies; mitigate financial risks and implement audit-ready processes.
Lead the finance team, provide guidance on financial procedures, and collaborate with operations, sales, and management to drive profitability and efficiency.

About the Client: A Dubai-based travel company with 20+ years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 4 of finance managerial experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.Strong expertise in ERP systems (travel/tourism-specific preferred), financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and ensure compliance.
