Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our real estate brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales agents.This role involves maintaining customer relationships, negotiating property sales, conducting market analysis, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training new sales agents and maintaining knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
Qualifications- Experience in Dubai real estate brokerage is MUST
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Understanding of Market Analysis and Sales Strategies
- Knowledge of Local Real Estate Laws and Market Trends
- Ability to Train and Develop Sales Agents
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
