Employment: Full Time

Reporting to Deputy CRM Manager

• Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively via attending phone calls, emails and assisting walk in customers owner and tenants
• Existing Tenant contract renewals coordination’s and registration of Ejari/ attested contract and owners transfer with the tenants and emails, phone calls and payment plan and finalize the contract.
• Documentation and filling scanned for renewal or new tenant for managed and non-manage units /SPA and transfer agreement.
• Timely update of our internal databases with the customer information with regards to contact details and their relevant documents.
• Customer complaint resolution and registration notifying client on maintained quotation and obtaining approvals.
• Assisting and coordinating with CS facility on any maintained issue related complaints received.
• Registration pf sending cutoff date notification to Etihad , Emicool, Empower , DEWA, and DLD Downloading all utility bills in respective to utility provider.
• Generating monthly report to be submitted to Supervisor review.
• Dealing with brokers.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree graduate
• Skills : Technical Knowledge, communication, problem solving, adaptability and tenacity.
• Experience : Customer service agent and supervisor (Philippines Call centre). Customer service agent
