About the role:
Haleon's Management Trainee Program is designed to fast-track high-potential talent into future leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and beyond. Through structured development, real business ownership, and exposure to senior leaders, trainees will gain the skills, confidence, and commercial acumen to thrive in a global, purpose-driven organization.We are seeking ambitious, driven graduates ready to shape the future of consumer healthcare.
Who are we looking for:
- UAE Nationals preferred (with family book)
- A relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Communication, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Law
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Passionate about learning and development
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
