Job Overview: Here&aposs your chance to step into the role of Executive- Accounts Receivable (Collections) at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you&aposll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Recover overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with customers, reduce bad dept, and minimizes financial losses due to non-payment
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans or settlements
- Process payments and ensure accurate transaction recording
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding outstanding debts
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant debt collection laws and internal policies
- Protect customer privacy and handle data confidentially
- Locate customers with updated contact information and verify account accuracy
- Generate and share reports on overdue accounts and collection progress
- Provide customer support by offering solutions like payment plans or refinancing
About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Education: Bachelors degree- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collection
- Good understanding of the finance function and processes
- Experience working in collection of real estate field
