Salary - AED 10,000-13,000 per month + Benefits
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, sales teams, and corporate roles
- High-volume hiring of property consultants and sales professionals
- Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Conducting interviews, screening, and salary negotiations
- Managing onboarding coordination with HR and management
- Building strong talent pipelines within the Dubai real estate market
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Dubai real estate hiring
- Proven experience hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, and leasing teams
- Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate recruitment trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
